PROTOTYPING
Prototyping gives shape and concrete structure to the idea. The object’s designs are refined using 3D software, before moving on to the prototyping phase.
This process allows steering wheels or components to be physically tested, identifying and resolving any critical issues that did not emerge during the engineering phase. It is also possible to add aesthetic finishes, refining the prototype to more precisely reflect the final result.
MOLD MANUFACTURING AND PRODUCTION
Once the prototype is approved, we proceed with the production of molds for polyurethane molding.
A first sample is then produced to verify every aspect, and if necessary, engineering modifications are made before starting production.
