This information is not collected in order to be associated with identified data subjects, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.

This category includes IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the website, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numeric code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful outcome, error, etc.), and other parameters relating to the user’s operating system and IT environment.

This type of data is used solely to obtain anonymous statistical information on website use and to check its proper functioning. The data may be used to ascertain liability in the event of hypothetical cybercrimes to the detriment of the website. For these data, limited to the above purpose, explicit consent is not required.

RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS

Pursuant to Articles 15–22 GDPR, the data subject has the right to request from the Data Controller access to their personal data, as well as rectification, erasure, or restriction of processing concerning them, or to object to processing, in addition to the right to request data portability.

The request may be made by e-mail or registered letter with the subject: “request by the data subject”, specifying in the request the right the data subject wishes to exercise (erasure, rectification, portability, right to be forgotten), together with a valid e-mail/PEC address to which the response should be sent.

The Data Controller, or anyone appointed by it, will satisfy the request within 30 days from the date of receipt. If the response is complex, the time limit may be extended by a further 30 days, subject to timely notice to the data subject.

If you consider it appropriate to assert your rights, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority, namely the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali), with offices at Piazza Venezia, 11 – 00187 Rome, e-mail: protocollo@gpdp.it.
